तृतीयं कृष्णपिङ्गाक्षं गजवक्त्रं चतुर्थकम्॥
लम्बोदरं पंचमं च षष्ठं विकटमेव च।
सप्तमं विघ्नराजेन्द्रं धूम्रवर्ण तथाष्टकम्॥
नवमं भालचन्द्रं च दशमं तु विनायकम्।
एकादशं गणपतिं द्वादशं तु गजाननम्॥
द्वादशैतानि नामानि त्रिसंध्यं यः पठेन्नरः।

English Translation of Ganesh Stotra
I bow down to Lord Ganesha, the son of Gauri and Vinayaka, ever residing in the hearts of devotees, for longevity, desire fulfillment, and prosperity.
Firstly, the curved trunked one, secondly, the single-tusked, thirdly, the dark-complexioned with a protruding belly, fourthly, the elephant-faced.
Fifthly, the pot-bellied, sixthly, the monstrous form, seventhly, the king of obstacles, eighthly, the smoke-hued.
Ninthly, the moon-crested, tenthly, the remover of obstacles, eleventhly, the Lord of Ganas, twelfthly, the elephant-faced.
He who recites these twelve names thrice daily, will not fear obstacles, for you are the bestower of all accomplishments, O Lord!
